The music streaming industry had another strong year of revenue growth, off the back of most streaming services increasing prices and close to 100 million new subscribers being added to the mix. Total revenues reached $63 billion, an increase of 18.2 percent on the previous year. That’s according to the latest edition of the Music App Report, which shows the three major streaming services in the West – Spotify, YouTube Music and Apple Music – all generating double digit revenue growth in 2025.
