Rotation parameters

Can anyone help with this problem, i am creating a dynamic block the has three rotation parameters, angle 4 rotates angle 2 and angle 3, angle 2 rotates angle 3, there are also hydrulic rams that need to stretch and rotate. angle 2 has one associated with it and angle 3 has one associated with it, i can get the one for angle 2 to work by using polar stretch and a point parameter, i have tried the same with angle 3 but it will not work.all angles have maximum and minimum angles. when the rams work correctly at the end the whole thing needs to be able to be rotated by angle 4. hope that makes sence.
