Civils 3D Resets Profiles and Lisps on Startup

I am using Civils 3D 2025 UKIE and are having issues with my custom profile and lisps. Every time I reopen CAD I have to reapply my profiles and reload my lisp routines. My profiles appear in the profile list in the options settings, and my LISPS appear in the startup suite but are not able to be used in my files unless I manually load them in with APPLOAD. I have reinstalled my Civils 3D but are still getting issues. Anyone have any ideas?
