Currently, the submittals tool will only allow you to bulk edit Submittal due dates if the submittal is in draft. It would be very helpful if you could also do this for the “Required – Waiting for Submission” status as well. There are scenarios where submittal due dates may need to change once assigned and given a due date. For example, change orders are issued at the start of a project that changes the model coordination schedule, which changes the shop drawings due date. Or a project’s notice to proceed may be delayed due to design issues or differing site conditions discovered at the start of the project. If due dates are based on project schedule, these dates would need to be updated (and could change multiple times). Having to do this per submittal can be extremely time consuming.
