The issue that we are having as Pype Closeout customer, and one that our clients have shared their frustrations about, is that there is no way to select who receives the email notifications about closeout submittals that are outstanding and who we would like to NOT receive the notifications. Currently, if a subcontractor has a closeout submittal that has not been submitted yet, they will get the automated email telling them that they have not submitted the closeout submittal. That is a good thing most times. However, there are times when we have communicated with the subcontractor on the Final Lien Release (or other submittal), and we don't want them to keep receiving the automated emails, but we do want other subcontractors to receive them. However, the way that it is currently setup, we have to turn the notifications off completely if we don't want one of our subcontractors to receive the emails. We would like to have a check box or something to select who receives the automated emails about outstanding closeout submittals. Thank you!
