HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 -iLO5 credentials reset

I’m working on a reused HPE server that needs to be provisioned with both iLO and OS configurations. While attempting to configure the iLO network settings, I navigated to F9 → System Configuration → iLO 5 Configuration Utility, but I’m being prompted to enter iLO credentials before I can proceed.I tried using the default iLO credentials, but they are not being accepted, which makes me think the server may have been configured previously and the credentials were changed. Unfortunately, I do not know the currently configured iLO username/password.Is there a way to reset the iLO credentials back to the factory defaults, clear the existing credentials, or otherwise regain access so that I can update the iLO network configuration?Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
