3ds max indie license problems

Hi everyone hope you guys have been having a good day and please excuse my English So im having abit of a problem of getting my 3ds max indie license working, i bought a year or 3ds max indie and id like to ask how long until i can use it after the purchase and payment confirmed (via Paypal) got the invoice and everything. Because right now my account doesnt have the liscense in the product manager, my 3ds max login also doesnt have the option to pick indie license and it keeps saying my account has no active subscriptions. Any ideas or help i'd be very appreciated, thanks !!
