Education access renewed, but subscriptions still show expired (28 Sep 2026) – cannot reach support

Hi,Product: AutoCAD 2025 (Education – Student, named user)Problem:AutoCAD 2025 shows "Access expired – Your access to Autodesk for Education has expired".Details:- All 4 of my education subscriptions (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Forma Site Design) ended on 28 Sep 2026.- On 3 Oct 2026 I clicked "Restart access", re-verified my eligibility and got "Congratulations, your educational access is confirmed!"- I then selected AutoCAD > Student > "Access products".- However, in manage.autodesk.com the subscriptions still show the end date 28.09.2026 and no new subscription was created. The seat is assigned to me.- I already signed out/in and did a full clean uninstall and fresh reinstall of AutoCAD 2025. The error persists.I tried the Autodesk Assistant several times, but it does not create a case and only redirects me to a live agent, which is always unavailable.Request:Could someone from Autodesk please open a case with the Education Support team on my behalf, so my education subscriptions (at least AutoCAD and Revit) are created/extended for the new term? I can share my account email and subscription IDs via private message.Thank you.
