Mysterious parts showing up in subassemblies

I booted up today started IV 2007 opened the main  assembly in the project that I'm working on with no error messages or warnings, I opened  several subassemblies in which there are parts showing that are not in that subassembly there not listed so they can't be selected therefore can't deleted them, I can't do squat with them and nothing I do seems to get rid of them I've rebuilt all with no effect, loaded the assembly from a previous one in the OLDVERSION, which is the same as the one in the screenshot part wise with only a colour change to a part, I've shut down and restated IV rebooted my computer, done a virus and malware sweep, stated IV again and there STILL THERE!!!!! This is not the only subassembly that this has suddenly manifested itself in, in this project. It was fine yesterday. ONLY thing to day ios an update from Windows 11 Insider Preview Quality Update (26340.9596) Successfully installed on ‎03/‎10/‎2026  The Screw and inserts shown above are from a totally different subassembly and that subassembly has items from another subassembly
