Locked out of student verification

Trying to get a license for AutoCad, as a student, i got the error message "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again."I previously verified under an incorrect version of my student email, which, of course, cannot receive emails. Then, trying under my correct email gave this warning, and has me locked out of verification.Could I please get help unlocking my account? I need acess to AutoCad.
