Inventor is not opening. And regarding the URL error

I checked the connection section in the Autodesk Licensing and Sign-in Helper http://crl.sca1b.amazontrust.com/sca1b.crlhttp://o.ss2.ushttp://ocsp.sca1b.amazontrust.comhttp://x.ss2.usThese four are showing as false; is this why Inventor won't start? What is the solution to this? I uninstalled and reinstalled the Identity program. Still, only the URL with the error changes; the problem isn't fixed
