I am writing to share some constructive feedback regarding the current user experience on the support forums, specifically concerning profile navigation and the handling of posts under moderation.

Recently, I have found it increasingly difficult to locate my own created topics and replies directly from my profile page. The interface changes seem to have made tracking one’s own contributions less intuitive than before.

More critically, I would like to highlight a significant issue regarding posts that are flagged for moderation. When I submit a reply or topic that enters the moderation queue, it completely disappears from my view once I leave the page or return to the forum later. There is no visible indicator within my profile or the thread itself to show that the post is “Pending Moderation.”

From a user’s perspective, this behavior is problematic for two reasons:

Confusion: It creates the false impression that the post has been deleted or lost, leading users to believe their contribution was rejected or failed to submit.
Lack of Status Awareness: Users are left unaware that their content is simply awaiting review, which may lead to duplicate postings or unnecessary support requests about “missing” content.
It would be greatly beneficial if the system could retain the visibility of these posts within the user’s profile, perhaps with a clear “Pending Moderation” label. This would reassure users that their content has been received and is simply undergoing the standard review process, rather than vanishing entirely.
