It is so clear that a blogger did not have any insight into how WordPress 7.0 was updated. There are so many extra clicks to do things, features that no longer exist that I can’t seem to figure out how to use, and more. Below are some issues. Does anyone know if there’s a fix to these? Or if anyone at WordPress is aware that this is not user friendly at all?
HTML blocks – These are now just all white, you have to click into them to see them.
Gallery blocks – no longer able to select the whole thing to add a caption to live under it, you can only select a single image to add a caption to that image which is not visually appealing.
Gallery blocks – have to manually click each image, and then toggle to another block tab to change the size of it. This used to be able to be selected as a whole to adjust the size to all images at once for an easy one click fix without toggling to a different area.
The font size of the editor is so small and hard to see.
This is just a few things but have more. I firmly believe no actual blogger is assisting in the updates at WordPress because every time there is one, I find myself doing more clicks to get anything done.
