If you’re an organised, people-focused team leader who thrives in a busy, customer-centred environment, this role puts you at the heart of creating an excellent student living experience!About the roleAs ResLife Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of cleaning and portering services across a portfolio of university residences, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. You’ll lead both the academic-year student accommodation operation and the summer commercial business, managing resources, budgets, and staff to deliver a seamless service.
