Hi, I am having this issue constantly too. My sky glass disconnects from network all the time, have to restart, sometimes that dknesnt work and have to rejoin network with password. There has.beem occasions where that hasn't worked and I have to chnage living rooms to watch TV on a puck on a normall tv. Get 200mbps in every room, nothing else disconnects mutiple devices all pucks stay connected too.Can you escalate for me too?
