Broadband constantly dropping out

Our broadband is constantly dropping out and showing slow flashing green light on hub. Started earlier today. Same problem for a few days during last heat wave a few weeks ago then settled once temperatures dropped.No reason found/offered by Sky when fault reported last time but say it has nothing to do with outside temperature. Getting very frustrated as can't put up with this issue every time it gets hot.
