Has anyone tried and successfully used a stable driver for both the discrete card on the Mac and an eGPU?

I have tried using a custom boot64x.efi file (fixing error 12). Windows has also recognized the device. However, some sort of conflict occurred and Windows disabled my eGPU in Device Manager.

Which driver on bootcampdrivers.com is best suited for me to use the eGPU on Windows without conflicts?

There are a few methods I found, such as disabling the PCIe Controller (x16) 1901 in Device Manager. That way, Windows only recognizes the RX580 as the GPU. However, I do not want to have to reinstall the drivers for the 5500m every time I don't use Windows with the eGPU.

• Is there a workaround for this issue?
• Is there a way to smoothly use both GPUs so that when I need to, I can still switch right back the 5500m?
• Is there any convenient and fast enough way to use an eGPU on Bootcamp given the AMD card architecture conflict (Polaris and NAVI)?

I don't expect it to be at the level of "plug n play", but I still want to achieve a certain degree of convenience.
