Hello,
My name is Peter from Poland Modworks Studio. We are a relatively young studio from Poland that creates game mods - especially for GTA - that provide satisfaction to players.
Our first mod is Video Editor for original GTA San Andreas. We know, that you can install GTA IV: San Andreas modification and making improve movies. This mod is dedicated for filmmakers those who want's making hollywood productions with taking a soul with classic GTA.
This mod adds a video editor to GTA San Andreas similar to the Rockstar Editor from GTA IV. You can record in-game action, position the camera however you like, and save the finished video as an MP4 file.
What you can do:
Record the action after the fact. The game constantly stores the last ~30 seconds of gameplay. Pulled off a jump, a chase, or an explosion? Press one key to save it as a clip.
View the scene from any angle. Fly the camera freely around the scene: from above, the side, close-up, or a distance—and use the zoom.
Plan camera movement. Set the camera at specific points in the clip, and the editor smoothly transitions between them. You can also make a sharp cut from one shot to another.
Slow down or speed up the action. Adjust the pace from 0.1x (intense slow motion) to 4x.
Trim the clip. Select only the specific segment you want to include in your video.
Export the video. Get a finished MP4 file at 30 or 60 frames per second, free of any on-screen text or UI elements.
Of course, mod is still under development. It will be available for download soon.
This is fully for free. There are no fees here. I ma pasting a few screenshots from the project below. I added this to google drive cuz i can't adding images with this content editor.

Installation is very simple. Instructions can be found in the provided zip package - file named INSTRUKCJA.txt.
