Trace Cisco Licenses

Hi All,My organization had placed an order for an ISR with CME around 5 years ago. The CME license wasnt activated then and now we have procured the FLEX licenses to run voice services on the router. I am unable to trace the smart account to which the FLEX license has been deposited. On contacting the Cisco partners,they werent able to give me the exact details either. Could anyone please guide me on this?
