I decided to purchase some Cisco hardware to get hands-on experience by building a home lab while following a course and reading the CCNA book.To make a long story short, I wanted to make sure my equipment is running the appropriate firmware and avoid any potential issues while configuring the devices and practicing with the CLI.I checked the firmware version on my switch, and it is currently running version 15.2(2). The system image file is:c2960c405ex-universal-mz.152-2.E9.binI found that this is an outdated version, and according to Cisco's website, version 15.2(7)E14 is available for this device. I downloaded the newer IOS image, copied it to the switch's Flash directory using TFTP, and configured the switch to boot from the new image instead of the old one.However, when I reload the switch, it goes through the boot process and displays the following error:Loading "c2960c405-universalk9-mz.152-7.E14.bin"...

Error loading "c2960c405-universalk9-mz.152-7.E14.bin"After that, the switch falls back to the previous image:c2960c405ex-universal-mz.152-2.E9.binIt does not load the new IOS, even though Cisco's website indicates that this is the appropriate image for the device.Another issue I am having is accessing the web-based management interface (GUI/WUI). I understand that there is a Device Manager application/interface available for this switch, but the web-based management option appears to be disabled, and I am not sure how to enable or access it.I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Since I am new to networking, I would especially appreciate an explanation of what I may be doing wrong and how I can safely correct it.Thank you in advance for your help!
