Viewing Drawings through Fusion Hub is not working AGAIN.

When Viewing drawings through fusion hub they get stuck on 'Step 2 of 3: Discovering Viewables'. This issue happened back in July and was mostly resolved. It is back and causing massive issues in our workflow, slowing down review and presentation of drawings to clients. There is a separate issue where scaled 1:1 PDF drawings for layouts are are unable to be downloaded, the email link never arrives.
