Weld beads in Fusion: fillets, groove welds and a weld schedule

Hi everyone,I'm the developer of Steel Frame & Weldments. Here's a short workflow for modelling welds and getting fabrication quantities using the Pro version in Fusion.Select the parts and preview the seams. This works with frame members and with plates or brackets you modelled yourself.Create the beads. Use fillets at supported contacts, or fill an existing Square, V or Bevel groove. Groove preparation is modelled first; Auto measure can read its depth, root opening and angle, with values still editable.Choose the detail. Smooth or Textured appearance, optional physical Rippled geometry, and intermittent fillets on straight seams.Export the weld schedule. Cutting List includes joint IDs, welded lengths and estimated deposited mass in PDF/CSV. Weld Cost uses editable process and shop rates to estimate consumables, time and cost.These are modelling and estimating tools, not a weld-strength or welding-process simulation.
