[IV|WIP] Realistic Vehicle Damage (RVD)

This mod has been tested on the GTA IV patch 7.
Description:
This mod (handling.dat) makes the cars visual damage looks more realistic like in real life. So if you crash into something, it will cause realistic damage. If you crash into poles and make them fall over, there is most likely to be damage.
Installation:
Go to your GTA IV folder, Go into the Common folder, then the Data folder, and make a backup of the original "handling.dat" After you backup it, then put the modded "handling.dat" into the Data folder and replace. Open up your game, and its done.
Versions:
RVD v1.0 - First release. Works with GTA IV v. 1.0.7.0

If you think the damage is way too high, tell me, and ill make it a bit lower and see how it goes.
