STAFFORD, Va. — The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man allegedly stole multiple tool sets from a Harbor Freight store in Stafford.

Deputy R. B. Lee responded to Harbor Freight, 263 Garrisonville Road, at approximately 3:45 p.m. on July 7 for a reported larceny.

According to the sheriff’s office, store employees reported that the theft occurred on July 3.

Investigators said the suspect placed several tool sets into a shopping cart before leaving the store without paying, passing all points of sale.

No arrests have been announced, and the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office at (540) 658-4400.
