About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Design and Social Context, the Dean, School of Property, Construction and Project Management provides strategic, academic and operational leadership of a leading School in the Asia-Pacific region. Accountable for the School's strategic direction and overall performance, the Dean leads excellence across teaching and learning, research, student experience, financial sustainability, people leadership and industry and community engagement.
The School of Property, Construction and Project Management is a premier provider of Construction Management, Project Management and Property programs, recognised for its strong industry partnerships and globally connected education and research. With extensive engagement across industry through structured programs and partnerships, the School delivers practice-oriented, interdisciplinary learning and research that responds to current and emerging sector needs.
As a key member of the College Executive, the Dean leads the School Executive to shape and deliver the School's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with College and University priorities. The role is responsible for fostering a high-performing, inclusive and innovative academic environment, strengthening research and educational impact, and advancing the School's profile and partnerships locally, nationally and internationally.
This is an opportunity to lead a School with deep industry engagement, while shaping future-focused education, interdisciplinary research and engagement in the property, construction and project management sectors.
