Libertarian comedian Adam Carolla took a shot at Joe Biden after the former president mocked Donald Trump's Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool renovation over the weekend.

Biden, 83, joked about his successor 'hiring his own pool guy to fix' the iconic tourist attraction on Saturday.

Trump, 80, tapped a Virginia firm that previously did pool work at his New Jersey golf club for waterproofing and painting the pool.

Carolla, 62, played the clip from the Maryland Democratic Party’s 'Fight Back & Win' gala on Tuesday's edition of his podcast.

'Everything for Democrats is symbolic. It’s all symbolic,' he began.

'It's all, "He's cruel! He's mean! He's doing a thing!"'

Carolla then proclaimed: 'It doesn't make any f**king difference.'

'The f**king Reflecting Pool, the- whatever he's doing, does not have any actual impact on anybody, ever,' he exclaimed.

The star, visibly fed-up, started to speak to Biden directly.

'You old man, you let in 15 million people into this f**king country, and we have no idea who they are. And some are terrorists, others are rapists and killers,' Carolla said.

'That's impactful.'

'The Reflecting Pool, [that] doesn't make a difference to anybody. No one. You understand?'

He accused Biden and other Democrats of being 'all talk'

'By the way, that's why they love Hollywood. They love all the talk. They don't actually love the work.'

The real work, Carolla maintained, is 'building sh*t.'

The administration's more than $14 million renovation of the Reflecting Pool, meanwhile, has been met with criticism, after it failed to account for algae blooms that turned much of the pool green. 

Trump previously promised to improve the more than 100-year-old Reflecting Pool in time for the nation’s 250th birthday celebrations. His desired hue of the water is 'American flag blue.' 

Biden, while appearing as the keynote speaker at the Democratic-run gala Saturday, dismissed the renovation of one of the President's many 'vanity projects.'

'Come on, folks,' Biden said after rattling off a list that included the 'tearing down the East Wing of the White House' and Trump's takeover of the Kennedy Center.

'Even hiring his own his own pool guy to fix the reflecting pool?' he asked, before being met with applause. 'Wow.' 

Contrary to Carolla's claim, roughly 10.9 million undocumented immigrants resided in the United States in 2024 before Trump took office, according to the Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS).

More than 40 percent of the group are individuals who have overstayed their visas, the Center estimated at the time. 

Border crossings did reach historic highs during the Biden administration, with peaks at around 200,000 a month. 

Nationwide illegal border encounters recently dropped to approximately 26,000 in a single month, according to US Customs and Border Protection- a more than 80 percent decrease from the late-Biden era.
