That will do us!

We will be back with you tomorrow for Anthony Joshua's comeback over in Saudi. Have a good evening all, and be sure to follow tomorrow night's coverage!

Tyson Fury speaks after win

It's over to you now, Anthony Joshua. Fury has got the job done, and now the pressure is on 'AJ' to deliver over in Saudi.

But Fury will NOT be ringside tomorrow after revealing he will head straight home to see his family

The crowning moment

Wach did his best to try and see out the contest, but ultimately Fury's dominance and pressure was too much. The 46-year-old veteran was forced to quit on his stool at the end of the seventh. A durable display from him.

A snippet of the action in round five

As you can see, Wach really never offered too much and look knackered for large parts of the contest. Footage of the Polishman in the fifth shows him taking a lot of damage in the corner.

Today17:14 BST

RESULT - Tyson Fury bts Mariusz Wach - Round seven TKO

Wach seems all over the shop right now, almost as if he does not know where he is! I've jinxed it now as he lands a nice right hand.

Fury takes a couple more right hands well and now goes back to the centre of the ring and is starting to control proceedings again! The Brit lands a nice left uppercut before following it up with a sharp one-two.

The bell sounds and Wach slumps rather gingerly to his stool. Not a good look...

It seems like the referee has called for the ringside doctor to take a look at Wach. I have a feeling this will be it. AND THE REFEREE WAVES IT OFF! After a brief chat to Wach's corner, the referee has seen enough!

The Polish veteran gave it his all, but the sheer dominance and relentless pressure from Fury was just too much as he quits on his stool.

Today17:10 BST

Round six - Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

Fury is really starting to tire Wach - who just does not seem to have an answer for anything right now. The Polishman retreats to the ropes and absorbs some more punishing blows to the head and body. Fury, rather cheekily gives Wach a kiss on the forehead, much to the delight of those in attendance.

Chants of "There is only one Tyson Fury" can now be heard around the arena. Fury is hoping for a finish, and with Wach seemingly on his way out, just that little more pressure will do the trick.

Today17:05 BST

Round five - Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

There have just been a few questions towards Wach's corner to see if he wants to be pulled out, but the Polishman WILL fight on! And it's Wach who comes out with a bit of intensity as he fires a nice right hand which gets Fury's respect once again.

Fury now marches forward and gets his foe into the corner. Wach absorbs some brutal uppercuts in the clinch. He will not want to take more of those - that's for sure.

Fury is just starting to give it a go just that little more, but there is no quit in Wach!

Today17:01 BST

Round four - Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

Fury again decides to jab away and tee off on Wach. The speed looks on point as he continues to jab at will. But as Wach continues to wrestle and hold on, Fury is trying to sneak in a few hard shots up in the clinch.

Today16:57 BST

Round three - Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

After Wach landed a nice right over the top, it just started to wake Fury up a tad. Maybe Tyson is aware that he is in for a tougher challenge than he originally thought, and may decide to step it up a tad.

Fury seems to be switching southpaw a fair bit. Despite showing a glimmer of hope in the second round, Wach is starting to tire - with his age on show here. It is apparent that he is no match for the heavyweight icon. But the round is starting to get a bit messy here.

Wach is opting to lean on Fury and try and frustrate his foe. Whenever Fury fires, Wach decides to grapple and hold on for dear life. Wach continues to absorb shots up top, and refuses to quit.

Fury may need to step it up a little more...

Today16:53 BST

Round two - Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

Fury is starting to let his hands go here in the opening exchanges of the second stanza. Despite showing off his jab in the first, he is firing from all sorts of angles in the second. Wach now eats a couple of jabs without firing anything back of his own.

Tyson looks in the groove a tad here. And it could be a long night at the office for the Polish veteran.

Looks like I spoke to soon there as Wach fires off a clubbing right hand which gets through. That one got Fury's respect! Nothing doing, though, as the 'Gypsy King' returns fire with a series of punches.

As the bell sounds, Fury ends with a couple of shots. Fury immediately shows his class and apologises before heading back to his stool.

Today16:49 BST

Round one - Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

It seems like a bit of a feeling out procees in the first exchnages here. A lot of feinting and double feinting from Fury thus far. He seems to have found a little bit of a rhythm as he fires off a couple of jabs. You can tell Wach is 46, looks very lethargic in the ring.

Fury switches to southpaw briefly and throws a nice left hook - great hand speed on display here. The Morecambe brawler closes the round with a couple of nice right hands.

A brief break before Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach

It has been confirmed there will be a quick 10 minute break before both Tyson Fury and Mariusz Wach make the walk to the ring. They're not messing around here...

Today16:34 BST

RESULT - Arlo Stephens bts Arash Mardani - Round two TKO

I wonder how Mardani will fare in the second round. Surely the fight is close to being stopped? Mardani is trying to work his way back into the contest and seems to have regained some sort of composure. However, he seems to be a little irritated as he complains to the referee about some shots to the back of the head.Nothing doing, though as STEPHENS DROPS MARDANI AGAIN with another stinging right hand over the top. Arlo Stephens is now pouring it on with some vicious uppercuts. Mardani looks like a broken man and is just eating several shots for the sake of it. This could be the end as he falls to the canvas once more. And that will do it! The fight has been waved off. A huge win for Arlo Stephens.

Today16:30 BST

Round one - Arlo Stephens vs Arash Mardani

As I alluded to earlier, Stephens is looking to make a big statement against local boxer Mardani. And right from the opening bell, it's apparent that Stephens is the bigger man as he looks to control proceedings earlier. Mardani, though, is in to try and get to the final bell, and will make this an ugly contest. Mardani doing his best to push his foe against the ropes, but Stephens fires back with a couple of punishing blows to the body as well as landing a nice combination upstairs.

Late on here in this opening round and Stephens gets through with a nice right hand - which wobbles Madani. Madani eats a couple of right hands, and DOWN HE GOES! Right before the bell! He just about beats the count, but he is in a world of trouble right now.

Today16:25 BST

Arlo Stephens vs Arash Mardani looks set to kick us off

According to reports, while an official fight running order is yet to be released, Fury's clash with Wach will take place straight after the opening fight - a heavyweight meeting between Arlo Stephens and Arash Mardani. York native Stephens will be looking to keep his unbeaten record intact against Mardani.

Big pressure on the Brit's shoulders to score a brutal finish before Fury's fight!

Today16:21 BST

Tyson Fury's blistering rant on the heavyweight division

Tyson Fury brutally did not hold back in his assessment of the current landscape of the heavyweight division.

Since Fury's return, the heavyweight division has changed immensely. Following Oleksandr Usyk's controversial stoppage win against kickboxing legend Rico Verhoeven over in Egypt back in May, the Ukrainian decided to drop his three body belts - the WBA 'super', WBC and IBF - in a move which has sent shockwaves across the sport.

Murat Gassiev is the WBA champion, while Agit Kabayel is recognised as the WBC title holder. Daniel Dubois became a two-time world champion after knocking out Fabio Wardley back in May for the WBO strap, and the IBF belt remains vacant. Following the monumental shift, it now presents Fury with a perfect chance to become a three-time champion.

But when asked where he fits into the current picture in the blue ribbon division, Fury did not mince his words. "He does not. All those men have been gifted world titles. They never actually fought anyone to get one," he said on Wednesday. "Fabio Wardley - gifted a world title. Daniel Dubois - gifted a world title. Agit Kabayel - gifted a world title. Murat Gassiev - gifted a world title. How could you compare them men to me? Who's fought legends of the game and beat them for world titles.

"They're in their own little group, and I am f****** on top of the Empire State Building. They have got f*** all I want. They do not have any money. I have already had all the belts. They have got nothing that I want. And their names... they are not even high record names. Like, who knows who these people are? I know they are only just starting out their careers, most of them are a few years younger than me, but they are starting out with a no name and they have got to build their way up, and it's going to take years to get there.

"This Gassiev guy who has just won a world title, who knows that guy outside of Russia? Nobody. Agit Kabayel. Frank Warren said 'you can't fight him!' Back in 2020. 'You can't fight Agit, he's a no name. You'd get booed out the stadium.' He was only 24-0, number one rated in the IBF at the time. All these guys, they are all doing their thing. They are all going to fight it out between themselves. Even after being retired for ten years, I can still come back and get a world title shot at any time, because I have paid the price. I have spent hours and years in this game to be able to do that. I will always be a big name."

Tyson Fury inspects the canvas

After undergoing a slight transformation following the kickboxing fights, the ring is now ready for a night of boxing. But before the first bell, Fury was eager to have a run around the ring just to see exactly how it feels before he enters the squared-circle for his clash with Wach.

Confirmation of Tyson Fury's ringwalk

According to Dev Sahni - via Sky Sports - Fury is expected to make the walk to the ring between 4:30pm and 5pm UK time, as we originally revealed earlier on in the blog.

Sahni said: "I am inside the stadium and they have just finished an event so the team here have about an hour to turn things around before their show starts.

"It is not like a normal boxing event where you will get in on the morning of or the night before to set things up. This is literally one hour."The venue is custom-built for fights and they had a show on before the Fury bill. We are expecting Fury in the ring between 4.30pm-5pm UK time."

Today15:24 BST

Mariusz Wach has arrived

Mariusz Wach has already arrived for tonight's showdown with Tyson Fury. The 46-year-old is merely taking it all in as he has just under two hours to go before he is set to make the walk to the ring.

Polish journalist, Mat Hencel, wrote on X: “Mariusz Wach in the locker room before the fight with Tyson Fury. Gotta admit, it's exotic."

A reminder on why Tyson Fury vs Mariusz Wach isn't being shown on TV

Fans hoping to tune in live will be deeply disappointed, as the bout is not scheduled for broadcast on any traditional television network or sports streaming service globally. According to Fury himself, the exclusive footage from the contest is being filmed specifically for the upcoming third season of his hit Netflix reality television series, 'At Home With The Furys'. Because of this unusual reality television broadcast deal, those not in attendance in person will simply have to wait until the new season officially drops on the streaming platform to catch any highlights of the action in the ring.

The venue for tonight...

Tyson Fury will fight Mariusz Wach this evening at the Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand. Recent footage has emerged of the venue for tonight's action, and I'll tell you what, it looks absolutely stunning...

New venue emerges for Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury mega-fight

Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury could clash in New York as talks continue over a venue for the British mega-fight.

Joshua and Fury have been on a collision course for a decade without setting foot in the same ring. Both men signed to fight each other earlier this year with the bout pencilled in for Wembley in November. But Saudi boxing chief Turki Al-Sheikh is insisting on a 4am start time in the UK in order to capture the American TV market.

That means the fight could be moved Stateside with Las Vegas and Los Angeles in the running to play host. But promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed the clash could instead land at Madison Square Garden in the Big Apple. "Netflix want the biggest audience possible, and they feel like a mid-afternoon start time in the US will jeopardise the potential to maximise the audience," he said.

"I think they probably feel like a 2am. start in the UK versus a 10pm start won’t actually change the audience size in the UK."We’ve had a meeting about this but there's been nothing in the last two weeks, and I think there’s probably a lot of work behind the scenes now with Turki maybe talking to [London Mayor] Sadiq Khan. But a lot of the Americans want to do it at MSG; not Vegas, they want it at MSG."

Anthony Joshua makes offer to Tyson Fury ahead of mega-fight

Anthony Joshua has offered to help train Tyson Fury to lose weight ahead of their all-British clash later this year.

Over the years, Fury has tried to spark a verbal war with Joshua, but the latter has risen above it. That said, after being branded a 'bodybuilder' for the millionth time, the Watford native just had to bite back.

The 36-year-old offered to help get Fury in shape, stating: “He’s always calling me a bodybuilder, always talking about my body. I don’t know why he worries about it so much.

“After our fights this weekend and even after we fight, I’ll help him sort his body out a bit better so he doesn’t have to worry so much about mine so much. Once we get our fights done, I’ll help with some training so he doesn’t look like ‘Greedy Belly’ anymore and they can call him Mr Bodybuilder instead.”

'Mr Slim' is here to rule the heavyweight division

Fury is used to being the bigger man in a fight, but was left shocked yesterday after his rival weighed over 20lb more than him. And speaking after the weigh-ins, Fury had a rather new hilarious nickname for himself.

"I've put in lots of work. I feel fitter, sharper and stronger. I've never faced a man heavier than me [sic]. I'm normally always the fat c***. I'm Mr Slim now. I'm delighted to be here and there is fans here from everyone all over the world.

"I want to keep busy, I'm not banking myself on any fight that may or may not happen. This is the year I want Tyson Fury to stay busy, I may even have ten fights this year. I've had one fight in ten years, I want to box his head off for ten rounds ideally, but if it goes off earlier then that is ideal."
