Samsung’s new line of Bespoke AI kitchen appliances includes single-door refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob with integrated hood. Developed according to a design philosophy centered on smart performance and seamless integration into contemporary kitchens, the new range introduces innovations designed to ensure a smoother and simpler daily life.

From AI-driven cooling to adaptive dish care and integrated extraction, these appliances are engineered to respond to real usage patterns, helping people create kitchens that are both refined and responsive”.

The Bespoke AI single-door refrigerator and freezer allow for flexible configurations to meet various storage needs. The two units can be used together as a coordinated system or individually to expand refrigeration or freezing capacity. Full Metal Cooling technology, through an internal steel cladding on both the rear wall and doors, improves thermal stability. It retains cold air and helps quickly restore the temperature after each opening.

The AI Precise Cooling feature, on the other hand, minimizes temperature fluctuations to preserve food quality over time. It is available via the SmartThings app. Besides, the AI Energy Mode function optimizes energy consumption, reducing it by up to 7.9% in the refrigerator and up to 10% in the freezer.

The Bespoke AI dishwasher range includes models with energy efficiency up to 20% higher than class A. The AI Wash feature uses a high-precision turbidity sensor and machine learning algorithms to detect the level of dirt and automatically adjust the temperature, cycle duration, and number of rinses. Subsequently, the AI Dry feature detects the load and adapts the drying process. Finally, the third basket with Glass Care technology offers a dedicated zone for cups and glasses. It is equipped with rotating nozzles for targeted cleaning.

The new Touch induction hob can be installed in either duct or filtering modes. It is ideal for open-space kitchens and island configurations, keeping the environment visually freer. The cooking surface is made of scratch-resistant glass with a hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale. This material is designed to withstand daily use.

The water-repellent coating reduces residues and makes cleaning easier, while the Matte Black finish provides a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. Additionally, the Flex Zone Plus area allows for the simultaneous use of multiple pots and pans, ensuring even heat distribution and adapting to various shapes and sizes of cookware, including longer pans.

The system automatically detects the position and size of the cookware, activating heat only where needed for precise cooking. In Boost mode, the extraction capacity reaches up to 720 m³/h, effectively removing vapours and odors at the source. Finally, maintenance is simplified thanks to the dishwasher-safe Easy Clean grease filter, while an integrated activated carbon filter helps reduce odors.
