The company is also expanding AI-led shopping experiences through conversational commerce, contextual styling and virtual outfit recommendations.

Myntra said all AI deployments continue to operate with human oversight, governance and privacy safeguards built into relevant workflows.
Fashion e-commerce platform Myntra is embedding artificial intelligence deeper into its consumer experience, seller ecosystem and engineering operations as it looks to improve customer engagement, accelerate seller onboarding and shorten product development cycles.
The Walmart-owned company on Thursday said AI has reduced seller onboarding timelines from 10-15 days to about one-two days, while catalog generation time has come down from a day to around four hours. Internally, the company said AI has helped increase feature rollout velocity by 40 per cent and reduced the time required to run supply chain simulations from two days to one hour.
On the consumer front, Myntra said 90 per cent of its monthly active users now experience personalised search, while its AI-powered size recommendation engine covers 85 per cent of the eligible apparel portfolio. Its conversational support platform, Meera, resolves more than 30 per cent of routine customer queries, allowing support teams to focus on more complex issues.
The company is also expanding AI-led shopping experiences through conversational commerce, contextual styling and virtual outfit recommendations.
fashion discoveryThese features are aimed at making fashion discovery more intuitive by helping users visualise complete looks instead of browsing individual products.
“Our objective remains unchanged—to inspire confident fashion and lifestyle purchases and provide the right growth platform for sellers. AI allows us to do many of these things much better, much faster and, in several cases, completely reimagine how they come together,” **Pramod Adiddam, chief technology officer at Myntra**, said.
According to Adiddam, fashion commerce presents unique challenges that go beyond conventional search because trends evolve rapidly and consumer preferences are highly individual. The company is therefore investing in AI models that personalise search results, storefronts and recommendations for each shopper.
“Fashion shopping is inherently visual. We want to create a fashion-native conversational experience where users can discover products, styling ideas and complete looks rather than simply receive text-based answers,” he said.
For sellers, Myntra has rebuilt its partner platform with AI-powered onboarding, cataloguing and operational support tools. The platform now provides sellers with actionable business insights instead of raw data, while AI-powered voice agents can proactively assist partners on issues such as catalog quality, operational performance and service-level compliance.
The company said its catalog infrastructure now generates 400-600 product videos every day and maps as many as 40 product attributes to improve product discovery. Internally, employees are also using AI-powered tools to automate SQL generation, accelerate analytics and simplify software testing and diagnostics.
“We are also reimagining our own internal operations so we can ship more products, roll out more innovations and get them to customers and sellers much faster,” Adiddam said.
Myntra said all AI deployments continue to operate with human oversight, governance and privacy safeguards built into relevant workflows. The latest rollout comes as e-commerce companies increasingly deploy generative AI across shopping, customer support, logistics and software development in a bid to improve productivity while delivering more personalised consumer experiences.
