Zendaya's latest look at the New York premiere of The Odyssey was a showstopper, and will probably go down as one of the most memorable looks of her career.

She embodied her Odyssey character, the goddess Athena, in a Matières Fécales gown with feathery angel wings. And what's more, the look had been put on hold for Zendaya for the right moment. "Law [Roach] put this on hold a long time ago," she told E! News. "Like, two years ago."

Her hair was styled in a goddess braid well, for the gods, styled by Coree Moreno. Coree shared a breakdown of the look with BuzzFeed, that he used Nexxus products to achieve: "The inspiration was modern romance with an effortless sensibility," Coree said. "Zendaya's gown had such an ethereal, sculptural presence that I wanted the hair to feel soft, lived-in, and full of movement."

Zendaya wore an MF x Louboutin collaboration shoe last night, and the gravity-defying physics of them all have my own feet screaming.

The shoes are "heel-less," which left Zendaya planted on her arches instead of on a traditional stiletto heel.
