Former Manchester United star Scott McTominay has spent time in St Barts after exiting the World Cup. The 29-year-old took a trip to the luxurious Caribbean island with his girlfriend Cam Reading.
McTominay enjoyed some downtime after recently representing Scotland at the World Cup. The Napoli star had played a key role in helping Steve Clarke’s team qualify for the tournament for the first time since 1998, scoring an iconic overhead kick in the decisive win over Denmark.
Scotland were subsequently drawn in a tough group that included five-time World Cup winners Brazil and 2022 semi-finalists Morocco. An opening win over Haiti proved insufficient for Scotland to progress to the round of 32 as one of the best third-placed teams, prompting Clarke to resign as manager.

Despite Scotland’s early exit, it will still be a summer to remember for McTominay after playing for his country on the world stage. Before turning his attention back to club football with Napoli, McTominay and his stunning partner Cam relaxed in St Barts.
In an Instagram post, Cam shared a series of holiday snaps, including a photo of her posing with McTominay as he enjoyed a glass of wine. The pair reportedly began dating in 2022. The model also showed off a selection of glamorous outfits and sea views, captioning the pictures: “St Barths.”
Saint Barthelemy is a French overseas territory in the Caribbean, with a population of 11,550. The island has an area of 9.7 square miles and has proven to be a hit with various billionaires.

Former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich bought a property on the island in 2009. Forbes reported that NBA legend Michael Jordan and Amazon owner Jeff Bezos were among the many billionaires to dock their superyachts in St Barts last December ahead of New Year’s Eve.
McTominay would have relished the chance to finally unwind after a long season. The midfielder played 44 games for Napoli, scoring 14 goals, before heading to the World Cup.
He played every minute of Scotland’s three group games but was unable to help the country reach the next round. The squad faced a tense wait after their final 3-0 defeat to Brazil as they awaited the third-placed team permutations, which ultimately did not go in their favour.
McTominay began his career rising through United’s academy, making his debut for the Reds in 2017. He made 255 appearances for his boyhood club before joining Napoli in 2024, winning the league and earning the Serie A Most Valuable Player award in his first season.
