Samsung Galaxy A32: Samsung Galaxy A32 Wi-Fi range is very weak and Bluetooth won't connec

I have a Samsung Galaxy A32. My phone has a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problem.
Wi-Fi: It cannot detect nearby Wi-Fi networks properly. It only detects a mobile hotspot when it is very close (within about 1–2 meters). If I move the hotspot about 7–10 feet away, the signal disappears. Other phones can detect and connect to the same Wi-Fi network without any issues.
Bluetooth: Bluetooth turns on and can sometimes detect devices, but it fails to connect to any Bluetooth device, including my earbuds.
I have already tried:
Factory reset
Reset network settings
Safe Mode
None of these fixed the problem.
History: The phone has been dropped several times. It was also repaired before, and the back housing/frame was replaced.
Could this be a damaged Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna, loose antenna contacts, or a faulty Wi-Fi/Bluetooth IC? What should I check first?
