OpenIV.asi — "init1 failed"

Hello everyone. 
I recently faced with this error when I launch the GTA V:
"OpenIV - GTA V RPF PLUGIN 
Init1 failed"
I tried to delete all mods which were installed, but I still encountering this problem.
If someone know how to solve this, please help
