How do i extract people from GTA 5 with OpenIV?

I have been using OpenIV, and i want to extract people, like military specifically, i get the file extracted which is a ydd file (Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf) , i import it to ZModeler to convert it to .obj but nothing shows up (i pressed LO) , can anyone help?
