The 42-year-old wife of actor Alec Baldwin, 68, previously revealed that it was the first time their kids were going to Spain to visit her family.
The trip to the Spanish island comes five years after Hilaria's origin story of having hailed from the Mediterranean country, though she was actually born in Boston, went viral.
On Thursday, she posted an album of photos and videos on Instagram and included one of her little ones photobombing her mirror selfie while she posed alongside their luggage.
Hilaria also posted clips of their kids traveling through the terminal as well as of the eight of them grabbing a quick bite at an airport lounge.
She wrote in the caption: '7 kids, 1 adult (me). Someone was already asking about shopping (hi Carmen) and someone else just wanted to see the iaios (grandparents).'

She said in her latest social media posts that it was 'endless chaos' but said her young children, all of whom are between the ages of two and 12, were 'really well behaved'
'Endless chaos, but worth every second,' she continued before adding that the kids were 'really well behaved' though some of them said in her video that they wouldn't be.
She shares her seven kids - Carmen, 12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, nine, Romeo, eight, Eduardo, five, Maria, five, and Ilaria, two -with Baldwin, whom she married in 2012.
Baldwin is also father to 30-year-old daughter Ireland, whom he shares with his ex Kim Basinger.
The Rust actor did not make an appearance nor was he mentioned in either of Hilaria's Instagram posts.
Alongside the carousel post, Hilaria also stitched several of the clips together for an Instagram Reel.
Posted on the same day, she had filmed each of her kids' response to her question about their behavior.
Over the video, she wrote, '1 adult, 7 children. I needed to know: Are you going to behave yourself on the plane?'

During their travels, Hilaria shared footage of her time in the airport with her kids
In one clip, the couple's eldest daughter Carmen expressed excitement over shopping
She tagged the location as Mallorca, Spain and set the video to the tune of RoxiLulla's The Viking Row.
'First time I ever flew with all 7 of them alone…I needed a promise from them about good behavior, some wanted to keep my expectations low…but they actually were really well behaved,' she continued.
'When family lives far, getting to them seems overwhelming with so many kids, but this experience taught me we have entered a phase where the kids are old enough that we can do it more (or less) smoothly,' she added.
'I feel really empowered that we can spend more time back with our family.'
Earlier this week, Hilaria shared images and clips of her family traveling through Mallorca, as they were seen at the beach, in a grocery store and in a shopping center during various points.
Hilaria last month spoke with the Daily Mail at the 2026 Gurus Beauty Awards about her summer plans.
In one snapshot, one of her young kids appeared to be exhausted from the travel day and was sleeping on the floor
The mom of seven also captured a clip of one of her older sons teasing her and saying he would not 'behave'
The eight of them appeared to be hanging out and grabbing a quick bite in an airport lounge at one point during their trip to Mallorca
Hilaria also included a clip of one of her and Alec's many sons contemplating his answer to her question while snacking
She wrote in the caption alongside her posts that their long travel time from New York to Spain was 'endless chaos, but worth every second.' She also said it was the 'first time I ever flew with all 7 of them alone'
She said she hoped the current trip was a blueprint for how she's looking to divide her days during the year's primary vacation season moving forward.
'I'm bringing my kids to go be with my family for the month of July in Mallorca,' she said. 'So I'm super-excited. So that's like kind of how I envision the summers going forward. I hope that we can spend more time there and... with my family, and so we'll see.'
She added: 'This is like we're testing the waters and seeing what that would be like, of summers there rather than the Hamptons.'
'I'm going to spend half with my family [in Spain] and then I'll go back to the Hamptons.'
