Vogue Williams leaves Michael McIntyre stunned as she reveals her husband Spencer Matthews' outrageous reaction her giving birth.

The I'm A Celeb star, who entered the ITV reality series alongside Tom Read Wilson as a late addition last week, will appear as a celebrity guest on BBC gameshow The Wheel this weekend.

During the episode, Vogue, 40, will be joined in a double chair with Spencer, 37, and tasked with helping contestant Amie, a trainee midwife from East London, take home the cash prize.

Sharing a little about herself before getting stuck in with the game, a first look at the episode sees the student reveal she has so far 'delivered 12 babies' in her career.

Turning towards Vogue and Spencer, who share three children, Theodore, seven, Gigi, four, and Otto, three, host Michael, 49, then asks: 'Was Spencer helpful during your labour?'

Vogue jokes: 'He did enjoy the gas and air... we did have a nice time to begin with.'

Michael will be left shocked by Vogue's admission about her youngest child's birth

Turning back to Amie, Michael enquires: 'Is that a thing? Do you sometimes give the husbands gas and air?' to which the contestant explains: 'They always ask for it! And we're like, "You're not the patient".'

'I never got that,' Michael laments, as Spencer adds: 'You should have asked!'

Vogue and Spencer welcomed their third child, Otto, in 2022 - with Vogue shortly following up that she was keen to complete their family with a fourth baby.

She told MailOnline she would be happy with a fourth addition to her family after breezing through her labour with her youngest son.

Vogue said: 'I would have a million kids, I love having children around us and having a big family and I hate the thought of never having a baby again because I love the whole newborn phase.

'Being a mum is literally my favourite thing in the world. I would like to think that we'd have one more but right now I need to see how we get on as a family of five.

'I had a lovely labour with Otto. I had a great day with Spencer. I loved the whole day.

'I walked into the hospital and thought I'd do this as a job if I could just give birth for other people – and not be pregnant – I would happily do it.

'We were lucky because I know it's not the same for everybody. It's painful, the gas and air was great fun, and I did that and had an epidural at the end, which was very much needed.'

Vogue is currently taking part in ITV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, having entered the camp alongside Celebs Go Dating star Tom Read Wilson.

Vogue's manager arrived in Australia to support her ahead of her looming exit.

The presenter could be bidding farewell to the jungle in the coming days, as this year's campmates go head-to-head in a string of battles to decide whether they'll face the first public vote of the series.

Joining all of this year's campmates' loved ones, Vogue's manager and pal Louisa McDonald touched down at Brisbane Airport on Wednesday.

Her arrival may come as a surprise to some, as Vogue's husband Spencer Matthews has not flown Down Under to greet her on the famous jungle bridge.

Daily Mail previously shared that Spencer would not be joining Vogue in Australia, as he is continuing his mission to complete seven full Ironman triathlons on seven continents in just 21 days.

On Wednesday it was revealed he had completed the fifth leg of his gruelling challenge in Dubai, and will now travel to Rio de Janeiro to continue his journey on November 28.

Spencer has not flown to Australia to support Vogue as he continues his mission to complete seven full Ironman triathlons on seven continents in just 21 days

Spencer began his Dubai triathlon in the world’s largest manmade lagoon with a 3.8 km swim, before heading into the surrounding Dubai desert for the 180km bike ride, followed a full marathon in the hot, humid conditions.

The podcast presenter, who recently completed 30 marathons in 30 days in the desert, won't even be able to watch Vogue take on Bush Tucker Trials as she navigates the jungle's challenges and she won't know if he completes his 'Project Seven.'

A source revealed that the timing is 'unfortunate' but unavoidable, with the pair's busy schedules clashing and neither commitment able to be moved.

They explained: 'The timing isn't ideal at all, but sometimes these things happen, and Vogue and Spencer's diaries just clash.

'Of course, Spencer would want nothing more than to support Vogue in Australia and be there waiting for her when she leaves the jungle but both committed to their own projects, and unfortunately, the schedules overlap.

'There's a small chance Spencer could finish his triathlon challenge ahead of schedule, but it's unlikely he would then fly to Australia.

'They'll both be missing their children, who will stay in London, continue attending school, and no doubt support their parents from afar - catching Vogue on TV whenever they can.'

Spencer's latest extreme challenge has seen him embark on a global mission to complete seven triathlons, each involving swimming, cycling and running, across seven continents in just 21 days.

He has already ticked off Europe and Arizona, and Cape Town in South Africa, all while documenting the journey on his podcast, Untapped.

In July, the father-of-three completed 30 desert marathons in 30 days, earning a Guinness World Record, a feat he now hopes to replicate with his triathlon mission.

Back in 2015, two years before meeting wife Vogue, Spencer was due to join I'm A Celeb as a late arrival but he never made it into camp.

He was forced to withdraw after admitting he had taken steroids to 'bulk up' for a charity boxing match, with producers ruling it 'unsafe' for him to continue.

Michael McIntyre's The Wheel airs Saturday at 8:05pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
