Spencer Matthews has admitted his time apart from wife Vogue Williams during her stint on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here was 'horrendous' for him.
Vogue, 40, spent three weeks in Australia taking part in the ITV show, with her husband unable to jet Down Under to greet her upon her exit, as he'd been completing seven Ironman triathlons across seven continents in 21 days.
Following their month apart, Spencer, 37, was reunited with Vogue when he greeted her at London Heathrow Airport following her flight home.
And following his completion of the challenge, Spencer has said he feels 'extraordinarily lucky' to be married to Vogue.
He said: 'I feel extraordinarily lucky to be married to that woman. We're a very, very happy couple.
'Not talking to Vogue for that period of time was horrendous.'

Earlier this year Spencer also stepped away from the joint podcast he'd hosted with his wife Vogue to focus on become an endurance athlete, and admitted the move came after he had an epiphany while taking part in the BBC show Pilgrimage.
He told The Times: 'I had a moment in that desert where I realised I don't much want to entertain. I've been a talentless entertainer. I had a big ''who am I?'' moment. Why am I doing these shows? Do I want to be doing them when I'm 50?'
Spencer has also been away completing an epic challenge of seven Ironman triathlons on seven continents in just 21 days.
Spencer's latest extreme challenge saw him embark on a global mission to complete seven triathlons, each involving swimming, cycling and running, in London, Arizona, Cape Town, Perth, Dubai, Rio De Janeiro and Antarctica.
Whilst he shared his elation at finally completing the feat, which has raised funds and awareness for suicide prevention charity James' Place, the epic journey has meant he missed out on his wife Vogue's stint on I'm A Celeb.
Spencer shared on Instagram: 'AFTER A 28 HOUR 51 MINUTE WAR WITH ANTARCTICA, I'M DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE JOB IS DONE.... I DID IT, PROJECT SE7EN IS COMPLETE!!! WHAT A MAD MOMENT THIS IS!!'
'I'm now a 3 x Guinness World Records holding athlete. The two new records are: Fastest 140.6-mile triathlon on Antarctica (28 hours 51 minutes 11 seconds) Fastest time to complete a 140.6-mile triathlon on seven continents (21 days 9 hours 18 minutes).'
The emotional post was met by an outpouring of love from Spencer's celeb pals as well as his wife Vogue who wrote a message from Australia, gushing that it was 'the best news to wake up to'.

Vogue was the third star to be booted out of the I'm A Celebrity jungle but Spencer was not there to meet her on the famous bridge.
Spencer reacted to his 'courageous and fearless' wife's early exit, and said she was a 'positive and pragmatic' figure in the I'm A Celeb camp and he 'would have loved' to have met her on the bridge.
He wrote: 'Disappointed to hear that my gorgeous Vogue is out of I'm A Celeb but I'm so proud of the brave stint she did in there.
'She showed heart, courage and fearlessness in challenges and, as always, was such a positive and pragmatic figure in camp! I would have loved nothing more than to have been there for her when she came out and am sending so much love from Antarctica.
'On the positive side, we can now all FaceTime - I know she will have missed the kids like mad and I can't wait to hear her voice and for us to all be reunited next week.'
Vogue, who arrived six days after the rest of the campmates as a surprise late entry alongside Tom Read Wilson, was evicted after landing in the bottom two with fellow model Kelly Brook.
YouTube star Angry Ginge went on to win the ITV show on Sunday night making him the first social media star to win the show in its 25 year history.
A staggering 13 million votes were cast in Sunday's finale, the highest on the show in at least a decade.
