Kim Kardashian has revealed the shocking number of supplements she incorporates into her daily wellness routine.

The 45-year-old entrepreneur was a guest on Tuesday's episode of Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast, where she revealed, 'I take, probably, 35 supplements a day.'

She noted, to Poehler's astonishment, 'I spread them out three times a day.'

Kardashian said she struggles in particular with fish oil, sharing, 'I thought, okay, I can't do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue. 

'I have to stop these fish oil [supplements]. [Then] I got my bloodwork, and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.'

The SKIMS founder said that instead of taking them by mouth, 'I wish there were an IV drip I could do every day, and I would just do it on my way to work.'

Kardashian and Poehler got on the topic of bone density after the former reality TV star explained she was tuning into the show virtually following a workout.

The mother of four also nudged the comedienne to use a DEXA scan to track her bone health, revealing that she, mom Kris Jenner and her famous sisters use the device annually.

'I actually know a portable DEXA scan person that comes in a van and you lay down. Each one of my sisters and my mom – we all live in the same gated community so we have the van drive by and we all jump in the van and you just lay down and it scans your body maybe like three minutes,' she explained.

'And it tells you all about your bone density.'

Kardashian appeared on Good Hang to talk up Poehler's feature guest, Paula Pell – who wrote the upcoming comedy The Fifth Wheel starring the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, Nikki Glaser, and more celebs. 

But some devoted fans of the podcast were not happy to see the TV personality-turned-mogul on the show.

'Love Amy and Paula Pell but Kim Kardashian was best left off. Hard pass,' read one YouTube comment.

'Even my Amy Poehler podcast can't be free from the Kardashians? Ugh,' said one viewer. 

'Kinda crazy that of all [Paula Pell's friends] to interview they went with KK. Was everyone else just unavailable?' asked one person critical of Kardashian's guest spot.

One fan commented, 'I'm dying [laughing] picturing the bone density van driving by Kim and her sisters and mom hopping in and out.' 

Kardashian and her family are famously conscious of their health, appearances, and longevity.

A July 2024 episode of the clan's Hulu series The Kardashians showed them comparing results after having their biological ages tested.

At the time, Khloe Kardashian, 42 in June, was left ecstatic after a medical test revealed she was biologically 28, although her chronological age was 40. 

As for her older sister, who was 43 at the time, her biological age was 34.

'For sure I’m p***ed,' the undergarment designer admitted during a confessional interview after hearing Khloe's news. 'I always want to be the highest achiever.'
