If you pay Sky for TNT access then you might be able to do it here:
 
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
If not then you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
