You can hide all sketches at once by selecting the Sketches folder and pressing the V key, toggling the eye icon, or right-clicking the folder and selecting Show/Hide.
To hide multiple sketches, hold Ctrl while selecting individual sketches. Alternatively, hold Shift and select the first and last sketches in a range. Then press the V key to toggle their visibility.
