Community Managers, please only @mention the original poster, and not the people who have offered suggested solutions in this type of follow up message. @mentioning the people who have offered suggested solutions offers no value to those people, and it leads to unnecessary noise in the form of extra, non value, alerts and messages. If you feel that referencing the people who have offered suggested solutions is needed, please take the @ off the names to eliminate the alerts and messages. Understand that those of use who are frequent contributors to the community forums are generally inundated with excessive messages already, and strive to maximize the time spent here helping Autodesk customers, not sorting through unintended "spam" created by the community management members. These "follow up" messages are a bit of an annoyance to begin with, and tagging anyone other than the original poster adds to the irritation, and it also contributes to the message fatigue most Autodesk users feel due to the large volume of messages and alerts sent by all of the different Autodesk divisions and personnel. It contributes to the general "graymail" effect and can cause users to miss messages that are actually important.Example of the issue:
