Migrate VME Manager

Is it documented how to migrate a VME Manager from one server to another? is it a backup/restore operation?Have anyone done it?The reason I ask, is we are going to migrate/convert two vsphere-clusters from vSphere to VME, and we cannot put VME Manager inside those two clusters(which is going to be converted to VME). So we are going to install VME Manager on a server outside those servers, and at the moment we dont know where that will run, and I think we will see that where we install it, will not be its permanent home. PS! I think also we hope that in future versions of Omnistack/VME we can run VME manager on the Simplivity hosts. but we have to deploy now because vsphere-licenses expire.
