Internet dropping out every 10-30 minutes.

As of today about 2 hours ago ive started getting this issue where my wifi drops out every 10-20 minutes. Sometimes itll come back very quick itll drop out and come back in like 15 seconds however other times it just drops out and dies for a few minutes till i restart the router. Ive tried doing everything like resetting, unplugging and replugging, moving it etc but nothing is helping and ive checked the logs and the only thing that could correlate is this:  in the attached image u can see my internet keeps getting VAP is set to down every so often and i assume that is what is causing the crashes however im more inclined to believe that the vap is what causes the big crashes where im forced to restart it to get connection again as those are less frequent and between that the mini crashes are a mystery. any help would be appreciated
