In each frame, bays 2 and 5 form one redundant FC LIG, and all ESXi hosts boot from SAN. If both 16Gb modules must be replaced before the new 32Gb LIG is assigned, which FC path remains available to the hosts during the replacement and the logical enclosure Update from group?Could you please clarify:Is there an HPE-supported procedure that keeps at least one boot-from-SAN path available throughout this change? If so, what is the exact step-by-step sequence?Can Update from group recreate the FC logical interconnect and interrupt both paths at the same time?If both paths may be lost, should we evacuate workloads and shut down the ESXi hosts before replacing the modules?Have you seen this completed online with boot-from-SAN hosts on OneView 11.01 ?I want to confirm whether “no downtime” is achievable in this specific configuration before planning the customer’s maintenance window.
