The ramp from northbound Interstate 405 to eastbound Interstate 90 has reopened after it was blocked for hours by an overturned semitruck Thursday morning. 

The semitruck was full of garbage, Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson posted on X. He added a photo of the semitrailer, which lay askew across the ramp with its heaps of scraps spilling onto the asphalt.

No one was injured and no other vehicles were involved, Johnson said.

The Washington State Department of Transportation posted about the crash just before 4:20 a.m. The department posted around 9:15 a.m. that the ramp had reopened.
