CHICAGO — Simple Mills, a subsidiary of Flowers Foods, Inc., has launched two new regenerative organic certified oat flour baking mixes.

Both mixes are made with six nutrient heavy ingredients, including organic oat flour and organic coconut sugar. They are also both gluten-free, Non-GMO Project verified and non-UPF verified.

The two baking mixes include cinnamon swirl muffin and cake mix, which allows for one-bowl preparation of muffins or snackable cakes with cinnamon swirl center and crunchy cinnamon sugar topping; and oat flour original pancake and waffle mix, which may be used to make pancakes and waffles with a light texture.

Simple Mills regenerative organic certified oat flour baking mixes are available now at Whole Foods as well as online at Amazon and Thrive Market for a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $8.69.
