Dating preferences are personal. But what happens when a “preference” is actually based on assumptions about an entire group of people?
That's the question being debated online after a conversation about whether straight women would date bisexual men took over TikTok.
And people have A LOT to say.
And the comments were really divided:

It raised an obvious question: if you're a straight woman who is attracted to men, why does a man's previous relationship with another man change whether you're attracted to him now?

Of course, one of the arguments that inevitably comes up in conversations about dating is that everybody is entitled to their preferences.
But where does a preference end, and prejudice begin, particularly when rejecting bisexual people is based on assumptions about what bisexuality supposedly says about someone's behaviour?
Check out the full discussion below and let us know: would you date a bisexual man? And is ruling someone out because they're bisexual simply a dating preference, or can a preference itself be biphobic? Tell us in the comments!
