ENR Texas & Southeast recently announced the category winners for the Southeast Best Projects competition, recognizing the best in design and construction across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Puerto Rico. In addition to those awards, judges selected three projects as finalists for Project of the Year.

All winning project teams will be recognized at a luncheon on Oct. 23 at Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.

Project of the Year Finalists (in alphabetical order):

• Lake Conestee Dam Rehabilitation, located in Greenville, S.C. Submitted by Kiewit
• Siemens Mobility Lexington, located in Lexington, N.C. Submitted by Graycor
• War Memorial Building Renovation, located in Nashville, Tenn. Submitted by Skanska
