Every day-no service message

for eight days,press SKY Q button have had the no service message on my Unit, cannot watch unless turn off at mains and restart, the have the SKY Q box - then press button on Box.Sharp Tv connected  whole system seems to default to HDMI off. had engineer out worked for a a day
