Neumann launch the KH 310 II & KH 350

Дата публикации: 10-09-2026 12:04:00

A new version of Neumann's hugely popular three-way monitor has just joined the KH line-up, and has been launched alongside the KH 350, an all-new design that sits between the new KH 310 II and flagship KH 420.

With many of the models in Neumann’s KH family now boasting onboard DSP and support for the company’s MA 1 room-correction system, many users have been expecting to see a refreshed version of the ever-popular KH 310 appear. That time has come, but alongside the news of the KH 310 II, the company have also introduced an entirely new model: the KH 350

KH 310 II

The original KH 310 has long been praised for its accuracy, midrange clarity and precise low-frequency reproduction, and Neumann have made sure that the new version retains everything that users loved about the original. In fact, at a glance, the new model looks identical: the cabinet dimensions remain the same, as does the three-inch soft-dome midrange driver.

Despite how things look on the surface, the KH 310 II has been treated to some significant upgrades behind the scenes. There’s a newly developed low-frequency drivers and a sizeable increase in amplifier power, along with the DSP that’s already been introduced to the likes of the KH 80, 120 II, 150 and so on, all of which help to deliver reduced distortion and improved linearity, as well as a 5dB increase in the system’s maximum SPL.

KH 350

The KH 350 then introduces an entirely new option in the KH range, sitting between the KH 310 II and the flagship KH 420 and serving both nearfield and mid-field applications. It’s cabinet is nearly twice the size of the KH 310 and employs a bass-reflex design which Neumann say has been engineered for deeper low-frequency extension (-6dB at 27Hz), greater physical impact and effortless full-range performance.

A large MMD waveguide offers precise directivity control across the monitors’ entire frequency range, delivering stable stereo imaging and reliable translation. The KH 350 boasts increased output capability and greater flexibility when it comes to listening distances, making it well suited to a range of music production, film scoring, post-production, broadcast and immersive audio applications.
